Our Story

Stillness School didn’t start as a brand. It started as a moment, the kind that arrives when life becomes too loud to ignore.

Our founder, Dr. Sai Krupa Sagar, spent decades building systems, leading teams, and solving high-pressure problems. On the outside, everything was “successful.” On the inside, the pace was unsustainable. The mind kept racing. Rest felt distant. Stillness felt impossible.

Then came a shift: a question, a pause, and a practice.Meditation wasn’t an escape. It was an honest meeting with the mind. Coming back home.

That journey of breath by breath, page by page, moment by moment is what shaped Stillness School. Today, Stillness School exists for people who live with responsibility, pressure, constant decisions, and very little space to simply be.

We’re here for the professionals who feel overwhelmed, the seekers who feel stuck,
 and the achievers who feel tired.

Meet the Founder

Dr. Sai Krupa Sagar is not just a teacher, he’s a fellow traveller.

A technologist for over 20 years, he lived the same overwhelm many professionals face today. Long hours, constant decisions, endless cognitive load. A storm on the inside, a calm face on the outside. Meditation changed him not overnight, but faithfully.

For more than 15 years, Sai has studied mindfulness, neuroscience, psychology, silence, and stillness. He has guided thousands through meditations, workshops, and retreats and always with a simple intention:

To help people live with less noise and more truth.

His work sits at the intersection of science, wisdom, and lived experience. Stillness School carries that same intention to meet you exactly where you are.
